What we make

THERE.MY is a financial planning publication built around transparent dollar-based calculators and focused education for saving, debt payoff, home buying and long-term investing. Every tool is designed to answer a specific planning question, show its assumptions and point to the limits of the estimate.

Who publishes the site

THERE.MY is the named publisher of its tools, guides and articles. We do not use fabricated author profiles, credentials, reviews or personal stories. Contact and correction routes are public so a reader can challenge a claim or report a calculator issue.

What makes the site independent

We do not sell rankings or accept payment for favorable product placement. The site may use clearly labeled advertising in the future, but advertising cannot determine editorial conclusions, calculator results or which sources we cite. Read the editorial policy for the complete standard.

How quality is checked

Launch guides and calculators are checked for structure, arithmetic, claims, source tasks, functionality and internal links. Imported drafts must also pass exact domain identity, financial-topic fit, title and H1 alignment, metadata, source, link, image, depth, keyword-density and duplication checks. Passing an automated gate does not prove a claim. THERE.MY remains responsible for accuracy and corrections. The calculator methodology lists formulas and limitations.
